Beautia(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 제공하는 뷰티 디자이너 포트폴리오 발견·예약 플랫폼(웹사이트 beautia.io 및 모바일 앱, 이하 "서비스")에 적용됩니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

3. 제3자 처리위탁
회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 서비스 운영을 위해 아래의 신뢰할 수 있는 업체에 처리를 위탁합니다.
- Supabase — 인증·데이터베이스·파일 저장(백엔드 인프라)
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — 이용 통계·분석
- Stripe — 예약 보증금 결제 처리(도입 시)
- ipapi.co — IP 기반 대략적 위치 추정
- open.er-api.com — 통화 환율(가격 현지화)
- images.weserv.nl — 이미지 리사이즈 CDN
예약 연결을 위해 필요한 최소한의 정보(예약 일정·요청 스타일 등)는 해당 디자이너에게 전달될 수 있습니다. 또한 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우 관계 기관에 제공할 수 있습니다.
4. 쿠키 및 분석
회사는 로그인 유지 및 이용 통계를 위해 쿠키·유사 기술과 Google Analytics를 사용합니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 거부할 수 있으나 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다. 현재 서비스는 제3자 맞춤형 광고를 게재하지 않습니다.
5. 보유 및 이용 기간
회원 탈퇴 시 또는 수집·이용 목적 달성 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 계정을 삭제하면 관련 데이터는 삭제되거나 익명화됩니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 및 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 문의처로 접수해 주세요.
7. 아동의 개인정보
본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 연령의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 국외 이전
이용하는 인프라(Supabase 등)의 특성상 데이터가 이용자 국가 외의 서버에서 처리·저장될 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 본 방침에 따라 정보를 보호합니다.

Beautia ("we", "the Company") values your privacy and complies with applicable data-protection laws. This policy applies to our platform for discovering and booking beauty designers — the website (beautia.io) and the mobile app ("the Service").
1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use It
- Authenticate and manage accounts; prevent abuse and bots

- Sort nearby designers and localize region/currency
- Send notifications such as booking reminders (app)
- Analytics to improve the Service; respond to inquiries
3. Third-Party Processors
We do not sell your personal data. We rely on the trusted providers below to run the Service.
- Supabase — authentication, database, file storage (backend)
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — usage analytics
- Stripe — booking deposit payments (when enabled)
- ipapi.co — approximate location from IP
- open.er-api.com — currency exchange rates
- images.weserv.nl — image-resizing CDN
The minimum information needed to connect a booking (schedule, requested style, etc.) may be shared with the relevant designer. We may also disclose information where required by law.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies and Google Analytics to keep you signed in and understand usage. You can reject cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be limited. We do not currently serve third-party personalized ads.
5. Data Retention
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law, and delete it without undue delay afterward. If you delete your account, related data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your data, and delete your account, at any time via the contact below.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
8. International Transfers
Given the infrastructure we use (e.g., Supabase), your data may be processed and stored on servers outside your country. We protect it under this policy in all cases.
